We offer three pricing tiers:
- Free: Basic roster functionality with limited customization (up to 6 ranks, 3 certifications, 3 subdivisions, and 1 roster page)
- Monthly Pro: $4.99/month for full access to all features including unlimited ranks, certifications, subdivisions, and patrol logs
- Premium Year Plan: $45/year (save over 25%) for all premium features with annual billing

Setup and Configuration
Why is my roster not updating? Troubleshooting
If your roster isn't updating, check the following:
- Ensure the Discord bot is installed in your server with the necessary permissions
- Verify that your Guild ID is correct in your roster settings
- Confirm that the role IDs you've set up match the actual role IDs in your Discord server
- Make sure your Discord server is not experiencing outages

How do I find my Discord Guild (Server) ID? Getting Started
To find your Discord Server ID:
- Open Discord and go to User Settings
- Navigate to Advanced and enable Developer Mode
- Right-click on your server icon in the server list
- Select "Copy ID" from the context menu
How do I get Discord role IDs for ranks, certifications, and sub-divisions? Getting Started
To find the ID of a Discord role (needed when setting up ranks, certifications, and sub-divisions):
- Make sure Developer Mode is enabled in Discord (Settings > Advanced)
- Go to your server's settings
- Click on "Roles" in the left sidebar
- Right-click on the role you want to use
- Select "Copy ID" from the context menu
Alternatively, if you can see the role in a server member's role list:
- Right-click on a user who has the role
- Select "Copy ID" next to the role name
You'll need these role IDs when adding ranks, certifications, and sub-divisions to your roster to connect them with your Discord roles.
Features and Customization
How do I set up color syncing for ranks and certifications? Customization
Color syncing is available for Premium subscribers and allows your ranks and certifications to automatically match the colors of your Discord roles:
- Navigate to your roster's dashboard
- When editing a rank or certification, you'll see a "Sync Color" option
- Enable this toggle to automatically match the color with its Discord role
- Save your changes, and the colors will update automatically
Any future changes to role colors in Discord will be reflected in your roster.
How do I access the Patrol Logs System? Features
The Patrol Logs System is available to premium subscribers:
- Subscribe to a Premium plan (Monthly or Yearly)
- Navigate to your roster's editor page.
- Click on the "Patrol Logs" Toggle
- Enable the feature and configure according to your needs
Once enabled, you'll be able to track member activities and generate reports.
Can I customize which Discord roles appear on my roster? Customization
Yes! You have complete control over which Discord roles are displayed on your roster:
- You can select specific Discord roles to include in your roster
- Organize roles into ranks, certifications, and sub-divisions
- Create custom display names for roles that differ from their Discord names
- Order roles according to your preference, regardless of Discord's hierarchy
This allows you to create a roster that perfectly matches your community's structure.
Billing and Account
I paid for Pro but didn't receive access. What should I do? Billing
If you've completed payment but haven't received Pro access within 30 minutes:
- Join our Discord server if you haven't already
- Open a ticket in the #contact-methods channel
- Provide your payment confirmation details
- Our support team will assist you promptly
We typically resolve billing issues within 24 hours.
How do I cancel my subscription? Billing
To cancel your subscription:
- Head over to https://checkout.tebex.io/payment-history
- Enter the email you used to purchase the subscription and hit 'CONTUINE'.
- Check your email for an email from Tebex. It will provide a link to login to your Tebex account.
- Once Logged in, you can click on the Subscriptions tab.
- Once there you can click 'Manage' next to the Subscription you wish to cancel.
- Click 'Cancel' and follow the instructions.
You'll continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
What happens to my roster if I downgrade from Pro to Free? Billing
When downgrading from Pro to Free:
- Your existing data will be preserved, but some premium features will be disabled
- The Patrol Logs system will be disabled
- Color syncing will be disabled
You can upgrade again at any time to regain access to all features and your complete data.
